
Founder
Dr. Veronica Scott is a lifelong Philadelphian, educator, and mental health advocate dedicated to fostering wellness and equity for children and adults alike. Currently serving as a Special Education Instructor at OIC-CADI, Dr. Scott brings over a decade of multi-disciplinary expertise in behavioral health, social services, and education to her work.
Her diverse leadership background includes serving as CEO and Program Director for both outpatient and residential drug and alcohol treatment programs, as well as roles as a science teacher, IEP specialist, and educational consultant. Grounded in trauma-informed care and a deep commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Dr. Scott is a highly credentialed professional. She holds a Doctorate in Education from Saint Joseph’s University, master’s degrees from Lincoln University and Chestnut Hill College, and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Health Counseling from Drexel University. She remains deeply rooted in the Philadelphia community, where she continues to champion the success of those she serves.
