Dr. Veronica Scott

Founder/CEO

Dr. Veronica Scott is a lifelong Philadelphian, educator, and mental health advocate dedicated to fostering wellness and equity for children and adults alike. Currently serving as a Special Education Instructor at OIC-CADI, Dr. Scott brings over a decade of multi-disciplinary expertise in behavioral health, social services, and education to her work.

Her diverse leadership background includes serving as CEO and Program Director for both outpatient and residential drug and alcohol treatment programs, as well as roles as a science teacher, IEP specialist, and educational consultant. Grounded in trauma-informed care and a deep commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Dr. Scott is a highly credentialed professional. She holds a Doctorate in Education from Saint Joseph’s University, a master’s degree in K-12 and Special Education from Lincoln University and Human Service degree from Chestnut Hill College, and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Health Counseling from Drexel University. She remains deeply rooted in the Philadelphia community, where she continues to champion the success of those she serves.

Ashley Bryant

Director of Programs & Services


Ashley Bryant, MSW, is a dedicated social work professional committed to fostering individual growth, emotional well-being, and community empowerment. With a strong foundation in behavioral health counseling, mental health support, case management, and recovery-oriented services, she has devoted her career to helping individuals overcome barriers, build resilience, and achieve meaningful goals.

Guided by a humanistic and strengths-based approach, Ashley believes that every individual has the capacity to grow when met with compassion, support, and opportunity. Her professional experience includes counseling, motivational interviewing, treatment planning, community engagement, crisis intervention, and care coordination across diverse populations.

Youth Empowerment & Support Strategist

  

I am a passionate youth empowerment and support professional dedicated to helping young people unlock their potential and build a foundation for lifelong success. I am currently pursuing a degree in Liberal Arts and Communication at Community College of Philadelphia. With over five years of hands-on experience working with youth ages 5–22, I have served in impactful roles including Assistant Teacher, One-on-One Specialist, Attendance Coordinator, and Climate Support Specialist.

Throughout every role, I have remained committed to creating safe, supportive, and structured environments where youth feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow. I specialize in solution resolution, building authentic relationships, and developing individualized goal plans that encourage accountability, confidence, and personal growth.

I hold a Child and Youth Development Certification and bring a strengths-based, student-centered approach to my work. I believe in meeting young people where they are and walking alongside them as they navigate challenges, discover their voice, and pursue their goals.

Through compassion, consistency, mentorship, and advocacy, I strive to create meaningful change—one young life at a time.
