C.H.A.N.G.E. (Community Helping All Needing Growth Everywhere), LLC was founded to bridge the gap between traditional services and the real, everyday needs of our Philadelphia neighbors.
Our foundation is built on over a decade of high-level leadership within the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual Disabilities Services (DBHIDS) and local provider networks. Seeing firsthand where community supports could be more effective, Dr. Veronica Scott established C.H.A.N.G.E. to deliver a new standard of care: one that is deeply personal, and focused on the long-term success of the youth, adults, and families who call this city home.
